COMMERCIAL SIGN ORDERING POLICY

1) Blinky Signs Accepted Terms and Payment Options.

All orders of commercial signs and other LED products must be paid in full before delivery. BlinkySigns.com accepts credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) and other forms of secured payments that Paypal will allow such as echeck. We can also accept wire transfers or checks (check must clear before delivery).

Your current billing address and phone number must be provided at the time of your order.

2) Rush Orders
Rush delivery is available upon request for an additional fee. Contact our office to obtain the shipping rate.

3) Acknowledgements
Confirmation of your order will be sent to you via your email. Any changes made on the business signs after the order acknowledgement may incur additional costs and production delays.

4) Copyright Laws
Customers assume full responsibility for all claims and/or litigation arising from alleged infringement of licenses, patents or copyrights on any requested design or copy.



RETURN POLICY

 7 Day Return Policy

If your product appears damaged during shipping, REJECT the package. If upon opening
your sign you find a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 7 days upon receipt of the
item for a Full Refund. Any physical signs of damage to the package must be rejected.  If accepted, return  
charges are incurred.  Taking multiple pictures of the damage to the package is required
to file claims for damaged units.
Upon receiving the unit, if defective parts are found or expected components are  
missing/broken – you must contact us within 7 business days upon receipt to process an
exchange.

*Returns for any reason other than items damaged during shipping or manufacturing defects,
a 20% restocking fee and the original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
The customer will be responsible for return shipping. This applies to products with free shipping as well.
Live Streaming Outdoor LED Signs and High Resolution Full Color Outdoor LED Signs are not returnable for any reason, warranty work only.

30 Day Return Policy

After 7 days but before 30 days, a 20 % restocking fee and the original shipping costs will be
deducted from the refund. The customer will be responsible for return shipping.
This applies to products with free shipping as well.

Customers who desire to return a product purchased at BlinkySigns.com must first obtain authorization. Customers with unauthorized return will not receive credits or refund. Custom business signs cannot be returned for any reason.  Live Streaming Outdoor LED Signs and High Resolution Full Color Outdoor LED Signs are not returnable for any reason, warranty work only.

 
SHIPPING POLICY

   1. Shipping Method
      All orders of commercial signs will be shipped FEDEX and/or UPS®, via ground delivery. Please allow ample time for delivery as BlinkySigns.com cannot guarantee carrier delivery time and are not responsible for carrier delivery delays. Blinky Signs will ship in the 48 States and to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada for an additional fee. Some exceptions will be considered so please contact us for possibilities and we will try to accommodate your situation.
   2. Packaging
      All commercial signs are packed with our standard packaging. All special packaging requests must be sent to BlinkySigns.com in writing, through email.
   3. Production and Shipping Time
      Stock commercial signs will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours of order. Some of our LED signs are made to order and will usually be shipped within 2 to 4 weeks of ordering for most outdoor signs and 6 to 8 weeks for live streaming and High Resolution Outdoor LED Signs. Please note that the production time does not include the time needed for S&H.

Security
BlinkySigns.com has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. All credit card information utilizes state-of-the-art security practices. The account and cart data of this site are encrypted using an SSL Certificate registered with GeoTrust.

 

Warranties

Indoor Signs

All indoor signs have a 1 year warranty which covers parts and in house labor or replacement.  The warranty does not cover shipping to our return facility or shipping back to you.  Customers who need warranty work for a product purchased at BlinkySigns.com must first contact Tech. Support with pictures of the damage or allow with them to diagnose the problem so we may get you the proper parts.

Outdoor Signs

All outdoor signs (1 color, 3 color & full color) have a 2 Year Full Warranty  (Parts & Factory Labor)  
In case of a failure, we will send out parts with instructions for self repair.
(These expenses are covered by Full Warranty only) If the sign requires in-factory servicing,
shipping (both ways) will not be covered by our warranty. Customers who need warranty work for a product purchased at BlinkySigns.com must first contact Tech. Support with pictures of the damage or allow with them to diagnose the problem so we may get you the proper parts.

Outdoor Live Streaming full color and HI Res full color signs

These signs have a 5 year warranty (Parts & Factory Labor) In case of a failure, we will send out parts with instructions for self repair. (These expenses are covered by Full Warranty only) If the sign requires in-factory servicing, shipping (both ways) will not be covered by our warranty.
